The Application collects your device’s location, which helps the Service Provider determine your exact geographical location and make use of it in the below way only:

Geolocation Services: To provide nearby addresses, location names, and to calculate distances between two locations.
Location data is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

The Application does not knowingly share personally identifiable information with third parties, except as required to operate the Application or comply with legal obligations.

The Service Provider retains user-provided and automatically collected information only for as long as necessary to provide and improve the Application or to comply with legal obligations.

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it at any time. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect your information and uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
