Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the LabelHustle mobile application (the “Application”) developed by J. O. Apps (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided on an “AS IS” basis.
Information Collection and Use
LabelHustle is a local PDF-cropping tool. It doesn't collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to the Service Provider — there are no accounts and no sign-in. The PDFs you choose are processed entirely on your device and never pass through any server operated by the Service Provider or anyone else.
The cropped PDF is written to your device's temporary storage so it can be previewed, shared, or printed. It stays on your device unless you choose to share or save it, and is cleared by the system over time.
If you choose to use the optional secondary label feature in Settings, the PDF or image you pick is copied into the Application's private storage on your device, so it can be added after each shipping label. It is never uploaded anywhere, and you can remove it at any time in Settings.
The only information collected automatically is crash and diagnostic information, via Firebase Crashlytics (device model, operating system version, app version, and the crash's stack trace), used only to find and fix bugs.
The Application does not use any advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party service:
- Firebase Crashlytics (a Google service), used only to collect the crash diagnostics described above, subject to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Data Retention Policy
The Application keeps no history of the labels you crop. The temporary cropped copy is removed by the system over time. The only file the Application keeps is the optional secondary label you choose, which stays until you remove it in Settings. Uninstalling the Application removes all of its data from your device.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it at any time, using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the App Store.
Security
Your PDFs are never uploaded anywhere, so there is no cloud account or server to be hacked. Files you choose to share or print from the Application are handled by the apps and services you send them to. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, since it collects no personal information at all beyond the automatic crash diagnostics described above.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
Effective Date: October 20, 2026
Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, or have questions about the practices, please contact the Service Provider via email at j.owens.apps@gmail.com.
